What's new?
EddyPro 7 continues to provide the same reliable performance on your PC or SmartFlux™ system with valuable new features centered around a brand-new main output file, named FLUXNET output. This output file was designed in collaboration with the ICOS, AmeriFlux, Fluxnet, OzFlux, and ChinaFlux teams to help you consistently meet their new consolidated formatting standards.FLUXNET output features a wide range of new output variables, including new intermediate results, statistics for all high-frequency variables, covariances between all high-frequency variable pairs, biomet mean values and metadata, and the results of other new computations and features.
New software available to help reduce data loss and integrate new instrumentation
New GHG analyzer software (embedded firmware and Windows) is available for LI-7500RS/DS models, LI-7200RS models, and LI-7700 models. In addition, new embedded firmware is available for SmartFlux 2 and 3 models.
These software releases include many new features, including integration and collection of:
- New Data Acquisition Modules from LI-COR
- PhenoCam images
- Six new sonic anemometers
- Soil flux systems from LI-COR
- and more!
The new SmartFlux software now includes EddyPro 7 installed for real-time flux computations with the brand new FLUXNET output file. In addition, the software systems were redesigned to make connections and synchronization between instruments and instrument clocks more robust and reliable. This results in even greater system uptime for fuller data sets. LI-COR highly recommends updating your instrumentation with these newest updates.
